Third-party services

- Hotjar tools are used to ask you questions to help us make the website better. These surveys may collect both personal data and data that cannot identify you (anonymised data). - JotForm collects data through forms that are created in JotForm and presented to you through our website. JotForm (jotform.com) is an online form service providing HIPAA-compliant forms and a business associate agreement (BAA) so that we can collect health information safely and securely.
